I always wonder about the kind of power guys have on girls. Is it the ladies' love, or is it the persuasive power of the opposite sex? I mean...it works both ways - there are highs and lows of this "power". I personally have been subject to two ways in which they manipulate us. I've been victim to the old "keep-you-on-the-sidelines" kind of game, where the girl is constantly being strung along, but I've also been the victim of the positive ways the opposite sex has influenced me. For example, the whole reason why I decided to write my post about this is because I've always had a low self-esteem and I realized today how one good compliment from my boyfriend can make me feel gorgeous. When he compliments me, it suddenly doesn't matter what other people think, because I feel gorgeous - all simply because he complimented me. Isn't that weird? Girls find themselves weak in the knees for a guy who knows what to say & when to say it. I wish I could find out how they do it.

I've been getting into the habit of sleeping & waking up really late recently. This was probably because I've been working on a 2000 piece Disney Puzzle that i got for Christmas. Ya, call me a geek, but I love that kind of stuff =) It keeps me a kid at heart, and when me and my brother finished it today - the sense of accomplishment. *sigh* I love it. I also went out w/ the boyfriend ♥ he's amazing. highlight of the day : raspberry yogen fruz ♥. did i mention he's amazing? today was our shopping date for my sweater that i didn't get - but I did end up getting a dress shirt. It looks like something you'd wear for a halloween costume as "the-day-after", but I want one to wear normally =) it's cute. H&M, baby.
