I honestly think that before every blog post I write, people should click the song that's on the post, because it always captures my mood when I'm writing a blog post. That's the sole reason why I even put songs on it.

On another note, I know I'm starting off in a dreary way, but the whole "school daze" is fading.... I just missed my 830 comparitive literature class and my 1130 linear algebra class. Why? B/c I was sleepy. Well...not exactly. I don't remember turning off my alarm and I didn't hear my boyfriend's text, so when I woke up it was EXACTLY 830am. Even if I ran to class there would be no point and I would've been in my pjs... so...no. The reason why I missed my algebra class? Well... besides the fact that I feel guilty and I feel like I really need to catch up with the homework, whenever I'm in that class, I'm wishing I could just hop out of there and leave. I strongly dislike my teacher and I don't understand a word he's saying because sadly, I'm not caught up with the homework since he does approx. 3 chapters a day, and the homework for it is twice as long and twice as hard as the examples he does on the overhead. Blah. Oh...and not to mention, the TA is Russian or something, and yeah she's a good tutor one-on-one (I have to admit), but she seems like she has the biggest case of stage fright, and i hardly understand a word she's saying! I don't even bother going to the tutorials anymore. It doesn't help to strain my ears to understand what she's saying OR writing on the CHALKBOARD which has so much chalk dust on it that I can't even understand what she's writing on it either. C'mon McMaster, it's a new day and age, why in the hell are we still using chalkboards in a 200+ class? (Don't quote me on the 200+) If you're sitting in the back, God help you if you don't have 20/20 vision... or more like magnifying vision. Sorry...I need to rant b/c other than the fact that I hate this class, I love what we're learning, and I love Linear Algebra.

Besides that, I have to comment on what is probably gonna be one of my all-time favourite shows, if it doesn't start resorting to sex and the vile behaviour of men in this day and age. Cupid. Tuesdays at 10pm on ABC - I believe? AWESOME SHOW. Well..the 1st episode was awesome, and once the season is done, I'm planning on watching the original one with Jeremy Piven who I absolutely love (in one of my all time favourite movies - Serendipity...and i think he's also in Entourage). ANYWAYS, Sanja and Priya told me about it, so I stayed a little past American Idol to watch this show. BEST SHOW. It totally fits my point of view of love, and my hopeless romanticism (I don't even think that's a word). In Melvin's words - "it puts true love on a pedastal", which is exactly what I'm all about. To hell with all the cynical anti-love people =) This show is where it's at!!!! (Of course I'm saying that in the most respectful way possible).

&&& oh yeah, I love how Melvin (one of my good friends), thought to tell me about it. It shows how much I'm all about this kind of stuff - when TV shows like this remind them of me >=)
