I need to relieve my stress.
Exercise doesn't do it for me. It's a tiny bit of stress b/c I'm trying to lose weight and I'm not! I need something more relaxing and yoga once a week isn't gonna do it. I honestly wish I had a psychologist. I need someone experienced in these matters to dump things out to. Someone who's not biased and will just listen and give me feedback on how to fix my crazy self (haha).

Why is it that girls can never be satisfied with themselves?
I see way too many imperfections.
