I know that in highschool, girls have a bundle of emotions that they need to let out in a relationship. Hormones are raging everywhere and sometimes it's really hard to just stop fighting...but let's evaluate this. There WAS no need for those fights everyday and there ARE no needs for weekly fights. I hate guys for wanting the perfect girl... BUT I think I would hate it more if I was the guy, trying to please the girl who wants the perfect man. Girls CONSTANTLY compare guys to movies and what the media portrays as the perfect guy. There was a list of the 25 things guys should do for girls, and you know what? My boyfriend does not complete the list. I can tell you that for a fact - but I still love him. It's true as a guy that if you love someone you'll act like ROMEO or something out of your own will, but it's also true that if you love someone, you're willing to accept everything that they are. Get a grip on yourself girls, they are not going to be the perfect guy you want. There will be days that you fight, but think about what you're fighting about. If they're talking to you in a degrading way - okay, that's a legitimate reason to voice your opinion. IF THEY CHEATED ON YOU, that's absolutely a legitimate reason to fight. I just wish that I was smart enough in highschool to realize things like that, because it would've made me that much smarter. Guys need a break too. They can be assholes, but they can't be Mr. Perfect all the time, and we shouldn't expect them to be that.

If you have the perfect guy, stop trying to change them or expecting them to change.
You should be happy with what you have, if they change or not.
If they eventually change, then kudos to you, but don't fool yourself into thinking that you alone can do it.
If you can't live without wanting someone to change - plain and simple: leave them.
But I guarantee you, you'll have a hard time finding the perfect guy you expected him to be.
