A customer came in today and exchanged an item that was already used. I got crap.
This equivalents to Me: Angry. Disappointed. Near tears.
I hate messing up. I hate being the source of disappointment. I am a perfectionist.

And sometimes I can be obsessive compulsive.
This was not on my to-do list today.
