I watched Ninth Gate last night (August 21) and I have to say... I was thoroughly disappointed with the ending. I can't believe that all that searching and all that summoning ended up with a 5 second orgasm-sex-scene that looked A. FAKE and was B. UNNECESSARY! Ugh. Johnny Depp - I love you to bits, but seriously - wtf? His acting was superb but the ending was just so random. There was no feeling of "Oh, so that's why this was important." or no scary Devil ending...there was just sex. I was honestly just so confused by it all. *Sigh*.
